The three little pigs...
... Once upon a time the three little pigs lived carefree and happy at their home in the woods, until one day the bad wolf ruined their ease.
The diligence of one of our little friends was the reason of their saving. So they became heroes but also guardians of the dreams of your baby, embroidered on the sheet and pillow of your baby's crib.
Hand-embroidered baby linen sheet and pillowcase, a beautiful bedding for little princesses and princesbed, cradle, carrycot or stroller! The three little pigs.!!!
For baby’s healthy, relaxing and calm sleep and rest. A special and unique gift for expectant mothers from grandmothers, aunts, godmothers, friends and loved ones for the baby!
The fabric for the baby linen sheet is the best material in the market, Greek percale 100% organic cotton. A lace hem Poplin roll 2.5 cm. 100 % cotton. They are highly absorbent, very soft, and generously sized for convenience.
Their dimensions:
sheet:1.65 x 1.15 m. (64,9" X 45,2")
pillowcase: 0,50 x 0,35 cm (19,6" X 13,7")
To make it:
I have cut stripes to the dimensions 1.20 x 0.20 cm. that are ready to be captured on carbon paper at any time.
I choose the fairytale I want to depict and I start reading it, searching for images in books, magazines and online until I am satisfied with the material to synthesize the representation of the fairytale. When I reach to a decision, I imprint the design to a rice paper and then I use a carbon paper to mark the design on the textile. I choose the threads depending on the mood but I also stay faithful to the original colors of each fairytale.
A unique gift!
It is unique because it is not an industrialized design, because it reflects my love for the child and because it is made from the best quality of materials.
Such as a painter cannot recreate exactly the same painting, thereby my handmade creations are unique and different from each other.
