Baby feet are soft, squidgy and chubby so how we produced our footwear is very important. They need to provide ample room and comfort, warmth and cosiness, while never diminishing their beauty and cuteness!
All of our shoes are handmade in Italy in the finest Italian eco-friendly nappa leather (sheep skin) and are all very soft to the touch. In between the lining and the upper there is a soft padded layer, which adds to the buttery texture and also gives your little one a bit of extra warmth. The stitching is as refined as embroidery with no lumps and bumps maintaining the super soft feel of the shoes on baby’s foot. All the shoes in our range have the Little Lulu’s brand embossed on the sole and in gold print on the in sole.
All the designs are funky miniature versions of what Mummy and Daddy might wear. They complete any trendy outfit making your little fashionista the best dressed in town. Each pair has a little tab at the back to help putting them on as stress free as possible.
They are packaged in a clear Perspex box with a ribbon and gift tag and come with their very own dust bag, just like the special shoes in Mummy’s wardrobe.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, your item must fulfill the following criteria:
• It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging and fit for resale.
• It must have been purchased from our website for full price.
Unfortunately we do not pay for shipping costs on returns so you will need to make sure the correct postage is applied and a proof of posting obtained.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Returns will be refunded minus the original postage cost.
If your returned goods are not in the condition required then we will email you within 3 days of receiving your items and unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund. Please do not use the shoebox as wrapping. Please make sure to protect the packaging so that it doesn’t get damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES
If you bought the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for a different size in the same style.

Please send us an email first with your request to hello@little-lulus.com and then send your item to the address below.
If you are located in the UK then your first exchange on any order is free of charge. We will send your replacement item out and pay the postage costs for you. If you need to exchange the same item again then postage will be charged.
If you are located outside the UK then postage will be charged.
Unfortunately we do not pay for return shipping costs on exchanges so you will need to make sure the correct postage is applied and a proof of posting obtained before you send your items back to us.

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
FAULTY GOODS
If your returned item is deemed faulty, you will be refunded in full and return shipping costs will be paid by us. Please email us first as it may not be necessary to return your goods.
