Cancellation Right

Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Returns policy
Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery and sent back to us at Little Herbs Limited, Wallbridge Mills, The Retreat, Frome, Somerset BA11 5JU including a copy of the original invoice. You will be refunded in full, or sent a replacement if preferred, on receipt of the goods back at Little Herbs Limited in a satisfactory condition.
Customers will be required to pay for return postage where the choice to return the item is theirs (i.e. a cancellation of a cancelable item).
If a customer handles a product inappropriately or unreasonably while it is in their possession, we reserve the right to deduct the reasonable value of any damage caused by this from the refund amount.
