All items that are in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days from London, UK. All items that are made to order are shipped from Estonia. It can take up to 4 weeks to knit the item.

If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase from us and would like to return it, please notify us about it within seven days after receiving the item. We will send you a full refund (except shipping costs) once we receive the item back in original condition.
