Shipping All "ready to ship" items will be shipped within 3 working days (usually the next business day) after I receive your payment. "Made to order" items will be shipped after time which is written in the listing. All items are shipped as registered priority mail. The items will be sent from Kaunas, Lithuania (European Union). It can take 2 – 4 weeks (or even longer) to ship internationally depending on each country customs and post office work. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to ship items in EU, 2-4 weeks to USA and other countries. Shipping to Russia can take from 3 weeks to 2 months. I will use the address from your order for shipping, so if you want the package to be shipped to the other address, please write me a note. Please keep in mind that post offices are usually slower in holiday time. Be sure you leave enough time for your order to come, especially if you want it for special occasion. Please note that buyers are responsible for all incurred customs and receiving fees. We can’t calculate how much these fees would be, should they occur and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

If you want to cancel the order, please contact me in 1-2 days after purchase and your order will be cancelled and refunded. I do not offer refunds for personalized and custom orders. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 2 working days after receiving your package. We will try to resolve the problem quickly, all cases will be discussed personally. If you decide to return the item, please contact me first. Buyers have right to return items within 14 days. This rule does not apply to custom-made and personalized items. The item must be returned in it's original packaging and unused. I will refund you via PayPal when we receive the item, shipping cost will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I recommend to use recorded delivery with tracking number.
