You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return any item. Items must be returned their original condition. Once we've received the items, we will refund the cost of those items within 15 days.
In case of faulty items, please return the goods specifying on the form the defect observed. Once we've received the goods and acknowledged the defect, we will refund the delivery fees and full value of the product.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, the return cost is at your expense but we will send you the new size without any delivery charge. To benefit from this service, please indicate on the return form the size you'd like to order.
