Made in village workshops in Sri Lanka, each Barefoot toy is unique. Each toy is made from start to finish by one artisan, who is responsible for the quality of the final product. Barefoot provide training and fair wages to help women support their families, and goods are produced in village workshops, close to the homes of the weavers and sewers. There are no factories and no production lines.
Please note that colours will definitely vary; no two toys are the same.
All Barefoot products are made from cotton, cotton and silk or wool yarn. The dyes are safe and where stuffing is used, it comprises kapok pulp. All fibres are natural and, therefore, biodegradable. They are also washable. Suitable from birth. CE marked.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order and we care very much about the goods we sell and the customer service we offer. If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return a product for a full refund or exchange please, in the first instance, email info@albetta.co.uk.
Please state your order reference number and reasons for the return. If you would like to exchange a product for an alternative item(s), please let us know which replacement item you would like and this will be reserved for you and sent out when we receive the items you are returning. Please note that there will be a further delivery charge for replacement items sent outside the UK.
Once you have contacted us via email as stated above, please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
If the goods we have supplied are faulty or damaged, and provided that you have notified us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and have returned the product to us in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging then we will refund the cost of the goods. You will still be liable for the delivery charge paid at the time of order.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason before it has been sent, please contact us via email at info@albetta.co.uk
If your order has already been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel the delivery. However, you are still able to return the items to us for a full refund. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
