It is made of 100% cotton fabric and totally lined with hot pink linen/cotton fabric (mix of linen and cotton) No raw edges, you can even use it as a reversible hat. Fabric pattern has lovely pink and green flowers on a beige background. Sizes available are 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-3 years, 4-8 years The hat fits greatly, but please check the chart below just to be sure you are ordering the correct size according to your child's head circumference. 3-6 months head circumference: 16"- 17" 40.5- 43 cm 6-12 months: head circumference: 17"-18" 43 - 45.5 cm 1-3 years: head circumference: 18"-19.5" 45.5 - 49.5 cm 4-8 years: head circumference: 19.5"-21" 49.5-53.5 cm I have been using this pattern for my daughter's hats since she was 1.
