We ship world wide. Our products are delivered by PostNL. Orders received on weekdays before 16:00 pm will be taken to the post office the same day. To EU countries it usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. To the rest of the world (USA, Australia and other) it takes about 2-3 weeks. You will receive a track and trace number which you can track your shipment.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To process a return, message us with the order details. Items should be returned in their original state and packaging and should be unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and the refund may be refused. After reception and inspection of the returned goods; a confirmation email will be sent. Once your refund has been processed we will issue you a full refund of the returned goods. The customer will have to bear the costs and the risk of returning the goods as well as international duties and taxes.

Washing an alpaca garment doesn’t take more than 7 minutes of your valuable time. Given a little care, a piece of quality knitwear will last for generations. Washing Fill the sink with cold water (max. 30C), soak the item for three to five minutes and gently squeeze the suds through the garment. Rinse the item twice in clean, cold water. Lay out on a towel, and then gently roll it up to extract water. Lay flat to dry reshaping to original dimensions. Allow to dry away from sunlight and direct heat. Storing To avoid the moths store the clean garments along with dried lavender sachets or place it in the cedar chest or air-tight container.
