Usually we send out items within 5-7 days (gloves, socks, hats, scarves, accessories, etc.) and 7-10 days (sweaters, cardigans, waistcoats, etc.) after a purchase confirmation. Note! There may also be a longer term of the processing/knitting (it depends on the demand for a given period). You will be informed about the processing/knitting time after receipt of the order. All the actual information also can be found on our information window or requested and received through e-mail. If you have a specific date by which you want/need to receive the order, please contact us prior to purchase. In order to ensure timely execution of orders and logistics, we accept an order cancellation and return of money no later than 7 days after receipt of the order or no later than one day prior to commencement of order execution, if the execution time is less than 7 days. Once the order is started to execute / to knit - order cancellation is no longer possible. If there is any uncertainty in relation to the cancellation of your order, please contact us.

International delivery to the USA , Canada usually takes 6-14 days, to Australia takes about 7-20 days, to Europe takes about 2-5 working days with Registered A Priority Mail. However, these shipping times are estimates not guarantees. Please note - we are not able to affect the postal work and we are not responsible for any delays of post service due to holidays or weather conditions and any damage or loss caused by a postal service.

All items are made to order - are a custom combination of size/color/material and cannot be returned or exchanged according to the Regulations of the Republic of Latvia Article 15.3. "products made according to the instructions of the customer cannot be replaced or returned". If you have any questions about sizes, materials etc. - please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately, so the issue can be resolved (no later than 48 hours after acceptance of delivery - thereafter is no longer accepting claims).
